DimesBeautyHouse does not accept returns, All sales are final!

Refund Policy 

DimesBeautyHouse does not accept refunds unless your order is shipped to you incorrectly or destroyed after it has been shipped through USPS. Once your order is verified you will receive your refund.

If you receive your order and don't notify us in the first 48 hours that your order was destroyed or your order was incorrect, you will not be able to get a refund.
